In her capacity as General Manager, and then Director of the AEI Group for a period of 15 years, Xim oversaw the whole back-office function of our business.
AEI had around 15 staff when Xim commenced with the business, operating out of two sites in Sydney. At the time Xim resigned from the business, we had approximately 110 staff operating out of 8 offices, across 4 States and Territories.
